Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

AGITQ Playbook (the "App") takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is used.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Collected Directly by the App

Data you enter in the App (portfolio information, settings, etc.) is stored on your device by default. Minimal information is sent to our server only when you use the following two features.

a. Push Notifications (optional)

• Collected: device push token (APNs/FCM), an anonymous app-generated device identifier, per-notification preferences, and the app display language (used solely to deliver notifications in your language)
• Purpose: delivering market signal alerts and the morning briefing
• Storage: kept on our server (Cloudflare infrastructure) solely for delivery; tokens are removed automatically when delivery fails after you disable notifications or delete the App.
• Your portfolio and investment data are never sent to the server.

b. AI Screenshot Re-scan (PRO, optional)

• Only when you explicitly choose "Use AI", the selected screenshot is transmitted via our server to the Google Gemini API for analysis.
• Images are not stored and are discarded immediately after analysis. Results (ticker, shares, average cost) are saved only on your device.
• Google's processing is subject to the Google API Terms of Service.

2.2 Information Collected by Third Parties (Advertising)

The App includes third-party advertising services to provide a free service. Advertising providers may collect the following information for ad delivery and analytics:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
• Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions, etc.)

3. Purpose of Information Use

Information we collect (push tokens, AI re-scan images) is used only for the purposes described in Section 2.1. Information collected by third parties (Google AdMob) is used for the following purposes:

• Delivering personalized advertisements
• Measuring and analyzing ad performance
• Fraud prevention and security

4. Ad Tracking Settings

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings:

• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to manage app tracking requests, and Apple Advertising to turn off personalized ads.
• Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete your Advertising ID.

5. Data Storage

Data used in the App (portfolio, settings, etc.) is stored locally on your device. As an exception, only your push notification token is stored on our server (see Section 2.1). Deleting the App will also delete all associated data.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notices or update notes.
