Terms of Service

1. The game

CityCat is a casual game by FatTail Labs. By playing, you agree to these terms.

2. User-uploaded maps

You may upload street videos as game maps. You must own the recording or have the right to share it.
Record from public or lawfully accessible places. Do not upload videos containing identifiable people, readable license plates, private property interiors, or unlawful content — such uploads are rejected or removed.
By uploading, you grant FatTail Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, transcode, and distribute the video within CityCat so other players can play it. You keep ownership.
We may reject or remove any map at our discretion, including via user reports.
To report an inappropriate map, use the in-app report button or email us.

3. Coins, items, and purchases

Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for money.
Coin pack purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple's App Store policies.
The Lucky Roulette always grants a reward (no losing outcome); odds are displayed in the app.
Coins and unlocks are tied to your device and may be lost if the app is deleted or the service ends. We may adjust the coin economy prospectively.

4. Fair play

Exploiting bugs, abusing the upload reward system, or attempting to manipulate the coin ledger may result in removal of uploads and forfeiture of coins.

5. Safety

CityCat is a game. Never film or play near traffic in a way that puts you or others at risk. Cross real streets legally and safely.

6. Disclaimer & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue the service, and may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
